Voters say the two most important issues heading into the midterms are crime and inflation, according to an Aug. 22 Rasmussen Reports survey. Rasmussen polled 1,000 likely voters from Aug. 17-18 with a margin of error of +/- 2% and found that 86% of likely voters said they were at least somewhat concerned about the rise in violent crime. At the same time, 85% of Americans shared similar concerns over inflation.
