A former Ukrainian chief prosecutor named a document that, in his opinion, Americans ought to “demand” because it purports to establish President Joe Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
When Biden was Barack Obama’s vice president, Victor Shokin, who was at the time the Obama administration’s main person on Ukraine, was targeted for termination. One America News White House journalist Chanel Rion reposted an interview she had with Shokin in 2019 when he clarified the allegation on Friday.
At the time, allegations that then-President Donald Trump had a “quid pro quo” with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky were being prepared for impeachment by the Democratically controlled House. Democrats claimed that Trump made a threat to withhold military support unless Zelensky helped with an investigation into alleged corrupt behavior by Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, who was serving a lucrative term on the board of a Ukrainian energy company that Shokin had previously been looking into.
Trump was cleared of the charge by the Senate. While this was going on, Biden was seen in a video outlining how, as vice president, he had actually threatened to deny then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko $1 billion in aid unless he sacked then-Prosecutor General Shokin.
Poroshenko actually did it.
Shokin claimed that the transcript of a phone call between Biden and Poroshenko would demonstrate his use of a quid pro quo bribe to persuade the Ukrainians to stop an investigation into corruption at a company his son was a board member of, earning an estimated $50,000 per month, in his subsequent interview with OAN.
“The transcripts of Biden’s telephone conversations with Poroshenko is where the truth will show itself. Americans must demand it. And if they do, they will see, broad as day, Joe Biden was illegally influencing foreign officials in order to protect his son Hunter and shield illegal money laundering activities,” Shokin told Rion.
Rion added: “Just 1 year after this interview in Kiev, I found the recordings and reported on it” in a tweet that included a video clip of the interview. Shokin affirmed their legitimacy.

Meanwhile, on Friday, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) pointed out that in addition to the FBI form that the House Oversight Committee has been subpoenaed, there are two more FBI forms that contain damaging evidence regarding Biden.
The FD-1023 document, produced by the FBI based on a “highly credible” source, according to Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), shows that Biden participated in a pay-to-play scheme while serving as vice president. Greene revealed the details of the document she viewed inside a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) in an exclusive interview with the Daily Caller.
She stated that she and other attendees were not allowed to take notes or make copies, but she nevertheless managed to take “very detailed notes” against the rules.
According to Greene, material in the paper that was subpoenaed “implicates Joe Biden in a pay-to-play scheme bribery scheme to get a prosecutor fired that was investigating Burisma where Hunter Biden sat on the board.”
She also stated that the FBI informant is “extremely credible” and that the paper “implicates our national security” since it places Americans “at risk” in relation to the conflict in Ukraine.
“This is an impeachable document. President Biden should be impeached. Secondly, he should be prosecuted. This is unbelievable. It’s a pay-to-play scheme. He took a bribe from a foreign national in a foreign country that paid millions of dollars,” Greene told the outlet. “He needs to be prosecuted for this, and I would argue that he should serve jail time.”
