Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Georgia Republican representative, declared on Thursday afternoon that she had read the declassified FD-1023 FBI form that contained allegations that Joe Biden, the vice president at the time, had participated in a pay-to-play bribery operation.
After analyzing the document in the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Greene posted a video to Twitter in which he informed reporters that the paper was “very credible” and the accusations against Biden “are nothing short of deeply troubling.”
Hunter Biden was awarded a board position at the Ukrainian oil business Burisma, according to Greene, who said that payments were paid to the Biden family by Burisma.
“Back in 2015/2016, Burisma was looking to buy a US-based oil and gas company, and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners. Biden said [Viktor] Shokin was corrupt. This was around the time of this meeting, [which] was when Joe Biden, as vice president, said that prosecutor Shokin was corrupt,” Greene said.
“They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away. That’s what they specifically said. Hunter advised that they could raise more money if they bought a US company. And that’s why they were being investigated by this prosecutor Shokin. The informant was advising them, don’t go this route, why would you buy another US company while you’re under investigation? That’s not a good idea,” said Greene. “He also said that he paid $5 million to one Biden and he paid $5 million to another Biden. And it was all a bribery to get Shokin fired and end the investigation into Burisma.”
According to information provided by a whistleblower, Biden participated in corrupt “pay-for-play” schemes while serving as vice president. Since the Obama administration, the FBI has repeatedly employed the source, which is regarded as “highly credible.”

According to Fox News, the person alleged that Joe Biden “was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national” and is an “FBI confidential human source…used by the bureau in multiple investigative matters dating back to” both of Barack Obama’s terms in the White House.
The news source added that a whistleblower recently contacted GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) with a claim that the FBI was in possession of a document known as an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020, that allegedly contains explicit information supplied by a trusted human source.
The source claims that the dossier details claims that Biden engaged in a $5 million illegal bribery plot while serving as vice president. Fox News noted that the strategy allegedly involves a foreign national and sought to gain control over political decisions.

According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the anonymous person who gave the FBI the information about Biden is a “pre-existing” FBI source who has been used in other investigations unrelated to the one involving Biden.
The insider also disclosed to the site that the FBI had been using the secret human source for “at least several years” prior to the creation of the FD-1023 form documenting the Biden claims in June 2020.
The confidential human source, who also took part in multiple investigations carried out during the Obama administration, was “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and was “found to be highly credible,” the source added in a statement to Fox.
