Graham did not hold back any of his thoughts this week when he delivered the keynote address at the opening session of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) International Christian Media Convention. His speech focused on the role of faith in modern culture.

He addressed everyone who had assembled and warned them, “There’s a storm coming, and we’ve all got to be prepared.”

Reverend Graham is also quoted as saying that “every demon from hell has been turned loose” in reference to the culture of today.

“The world has deteriorated so quickly,” he said from the stage.

“We cannot be deceived and we can’t be fooled.

“We need to get ready and be prepared.”

The Washington Times said that Graham was speaking to an audience of approximately 2,000 people at the event that was taking place in Orlando, Florida. Graham is the son of the late famous evangelist Billy Graham.

He issued a warning that an onslaught of “wokeness” poses a danger to Christian ministry and threatens to drown out the message of the Gospel.

Graham issued a warning that ministries that adhere to the teachings of the Bible regarding sin and salvation could have their priceless data, such as records of donors, abruptly erased and deleted by major businesses that control the cloud.

He made the point that in recent years, many conservative and Christian organizations have been the target of attacks of this nature.

Among the victims of these assaults is the National Committee for Religious Freedom, which only recently had its bank accounts with Chase abruptly canceled without prior notice.

According to The Christian Post, Graham warned the gathering not to let themselves be tricked or misled by anyone. “We cannot be deceived and we can’t be fooled,” the 70-year-old evangelist said.

“We need to get ready and be prepared.”

He told his audience that Christians are “living in a cancel culture that wants to destroy Christian organizations,” but he encouraged them to continue in the truth regardless of the environment they find themselves in.

“They want us to shut our mouths,” Graham said.“They don’t want to hear from us. We cannot back up, we can’t retreat,” he added. “Don’t apologize for the Gospel — just declare it, just preach it.”

According to the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), the annual convention is “the largest nationally and internationally recognized event dedicated solely to assisting those in the field of Christian communications.”

The Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, gave the welcome address on Monday morning.

According to Fox News, DeSantis told the crowd that he and his administration are “fighting back against the weaponization of government” against Christians.

“We have a government targeting parents going to school board meetings,” DeSantis said. “They will target pro-life activists. They will allow municipal workers to protest illegally in front of our Supreme Court justices’ homes. And they are now, in the FBI, saying observant Catholics represent some type of threat in society,” he added.

DeSantis added, “Make no mistake, weaponized government is one faction of society turning the reins of power against those people they don’t like. And the people that are in power now do not like people of faith.”

The governor gave the gathering some words of encouragement by quoting Ephesians 6:10 and said, “Get ready, put on the full armor of God, stand firm in the truth, and never, ever back down.”
