On Thursday, the House Ways and Means Committee revealed harrowing depositions from two IRS whistleblowers describing allegations of Biden misconduct.
The Justice Department’s efforts to thwart search warrants and cover up Hunter Biden’s tax offenses were revealed by the two IRS whistleblowers to lawmakers.
Hunter Biden was allegedly recommended for many felonies by the IRS, according to whistleblowers, on Thursday, according to House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-MO).
Hunter Biden was recommended to face the following accusations by the IRS:
- Attempt to evade or defeat tax – A FELONY
- Fraud or false statements – A FELONY
- Willful failure to file returns, supply information or pay tax
“These tax crimes cover an estimated $2.2 million in unreported tax on global income…from Ukraine, Romania, and China, totaling $17.3 million from 2014 to 2019.”
He added, “Mr. Biden personally received $8.3 million.”
An IRS whistleblower who talked to senators claimed that Joe Biden’s DOJ prevented Hunter Biden from being the subject of two search warrants and numerous felony charges.
Just the News reports that Shapley informed Congress that a Delaware Assistant US Attorney working on Hunter’s case REJECTED a search request for Joe Biden’s residence in Delaware in 2020.
Joe Biden’s goons also stopped a separate search warrant for Hunter Biden’s storage unit.
Joe Biden’s meeting with representatives from the Chinese energy business CEFC was verified by Shapely to the prosecution.
Hunter Biden accepted millions of dollars from CEFC, an energy firm that functions as the Chinese Communist Party’s front corporation.
On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired to Hudson West III through a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International), which over the course of the following year sent $4,790,375 million straight to Hunter Biden’s company, Owasco.
An acquaintance of the Biden family named Rob Walker recalled an occasion when Joe Biden strolled into a meeting with CEFC representatives at a Four Seasons.
“Walker went on to describe an instance in which the former Vice President showed up at a CEFC meeting. Walker said: “We were at the Four Seasons and we were having lunch and he stopped in, just said hello to everybody. I don’t even think he drank water. I think Hunter Biden said, ‘I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys and could you?’ And I think he was like, if I’m around and he’d show up,” Shapley told lawmakers, citing his conversation with Rob Walker.
He continued, The FBI agent asked: “So you definitely got the feeling that that was orchestrated by Hunter Biden to have like an appearance by his dad at that meeting just to kind of bolster your chances at making a deal work out?” Walker answered: “Sure.” The FBI agent continued: “Any times when he was in office, or did you hear Hunter Biden say that he was setting up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?” Walker answered: “Yes.”
It’s possible that the CEFC meeting at the Four Seasons mentioned in the deposition corresponds with an email discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop that describes a meeting with CEFC representatives in Ireland in September 2017 on the 13th floor of the Four Seasons.
Hunter Biden allegedly sought cash from his Chinese business partner over WhatsApp, according to IRS leaker Shapely.
Henry Zhao, a member of the Chinese Communist Party and the director of Harvest Fund Management, was intimidated by Hunter Biden and demanded payment.
The private investment fund created in 2013 by Hunter Biden and co-owned by the Bank of China, BHR Partners, had previously received funding from Harvest Fund Management.
Henry Zhao was threatened by Hunter and Joe Biden with a payment or else!

According to the IRS whistleblower, Hunter Biden sent Henry Zhao the following WhatsApp message:
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
