It’s a start! Next we want bribery charges for both Hunter and Dementia Joe.
Hunter Biden, the son of pResident Joe Biden, has been accused and charged with violating federal tax and gun laws.
According to a letter submitted to the US District Court in Delaware, Hunter Biden has reached a plea deal with the Justice Department in which he will plead guilty to misdemeanor tax offenses and is anticipated to reach an arrangement with the prosecution on the felony charge of unlawfully possessing a firearm while using drugs.
President Trump reacted on Truth Social stating:
“Wow! The corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter Biden a mere “traffic ticket.” Our system is BROKEN!”
After his brother Beau passed away in 2015, Mr. Biden’s second son, who has acknowledged having drug issues, was the subject of a lengthy Justice Department inquiry that was put to a stop by the agreement.
Additionally, it prevents a trial that would have given the White House days or weeks of distracting news.
Chris Clark, the attorney for Hunter Biden, stated that he believes the five-year inquiry into his client “is resolved.”
“Hunter will take responsibility for two instances of misdemeanour failure to file tax payments when due pursuant to a plea agreement,” Clark relayed to NBC News.
“A firearm charge, which will be subject to a pretrial diversion agreement and will not be the subject of the plea agreement, will also be filed by the government.
“I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil and addiction in his life. He looks forward to continuing his recovery and moving forward.”
According to a prominent GOP investigator, recently revealed emails between Hunter and his associates with the Obama White House raise questions about Joe Biden’s assertions that he knew nothing of his son’s business operations.
Based on emails which the National Archives recently handed to the conservative nonprofit America First Legal, Hunter Biden and his then-business associates were frequently in contact with senior officials in the Obama administration while Joe Biden was vice president.
The chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer (R-KY), claimed the emails show Joe Biden has repeatedly “lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings.” Comer is heading a thorough probe into the Biden family.
According to recently discovered emails, Hunter Biden and his colleagues requested entry to the White House and formal government functions.
“We know Hunter Biden’s business associates visited the White House numerous times during the Obama-Biden administration, and now-unearthed emails reveal Hunter Biden and his associates sought access to the White House and official government events,” Comer declared.
“The House Oversight Committee will continue to follow the Bidens’ complex financial transactions to determine the extent of their influence peddling schemes to determine if President Biden is compromised and our national security is threatened.”
This month, the ex-wife of Hunter, Kathleen Buhle, opened up about their relationship in her autobiography “If We Break.”
“Buhle and Hunter got married back in 1993, split in 2015, and finalized their divorce in April 2017 — weeks after Hunter revealed that he was in a relationship with his late brother Beau Biden’s widow, Hallie Biden. That relationship ended in 2019, and in May 2019, Hunter wed South African filmmaker Melissa Cohen and the couple welcomed their first child together, a son named Beau, in March 2020,” according to a 2022 People Magazine report
The book presents Buhle’s perspective on her divorce from Hunter and the courtroom proceedings that followed their breakup. After almost 24 years of marriage, the couple who got married in 1993 divorced.
“In February 2017, Buhle alleged in a legal filing that her estranged ex had spent money on drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, and strip clubs. Buhle’s book doesn’t shy away from those previous disclosures; instead, it will shine a light on the heavy toll addiction can take on relationships, according to the book’s publisher,” People Mag added.
Recent congressional testimony shows that the infamous 2020 letter alleging that the Hunter Biden laptop allegation was a Russian disinformation plot was both signed and ultimately approved by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States.
Multiple former U.S. intelligence officials testified under oath about the CIA’s involvement in the dissemination of the letter, which was ultimately signed by over fifty former top U.S. intelligence officials, according to a report that will be published by the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government this coming Wednesday.
“One signer of the statement, former CIA analyst David Cariens, disclosed to the Committees that a CIA employee affiliated with the agency’s Prepublication Classification Review Board (‘PCRB’) informed him of the existence of the statement and asked him if he would sign it,” the House report states.
“The Committees have requested additional material from the CIA, which has ignored the request to date.”
