In the current investigation regarding Hunter Biden’s business dealings with China, and the part his father, President Joe Biden has played in those dealings, two IRS whistleblowers have played a crucial part in the revelations.
The whistleblowers have aided in tracing the massive funds deposited in Hunter Biden’s account, as well as connecting text messages between Hunter and pertinent parties to the enormous funds that appear in his bank account. There are also revelations as to the Biden administration’s efforts to cover up and dismiss the actions.
Previously, messages on Biden’s WhatsApp were revealed, and now another message has come to light. On Tuesday, the GOP House Oversight Committee released The latest Hunter Biden WhatsApp message that comes just a week after an IRS whistleblower revealed Hunter was threatening a Chinese business associate to pay up or else.
IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley revealed Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese business associate over WhasApp messenger. In addition to demanding payment, Hunter Biden threatened Henry Zhao, a Chinese Communist Party official and director of Harvest Fund Management. Harvest Fund Management had previously invested in Hunter Biden’s firm, BHR Partners – a private investment fund founded in 2013 that is co-owned by the Bank of China.
In a WhatsApp exchange dated August 3, 2017, Hunter Biden told CEFC associate Gongwen Dong: “The Biden’s are the best I know at doing exactly what the Chairman wants from this [partnership].”
The “Chairman” is Ye Jianming, a Chinese billionaire tied to a CCP intelligence gathering agency.

Reportedly, the next day one of Hunter Biden’s shell companies, OWASCO PC, received $100,000 from CEFC, a CCP-affiliated energy company.

It seems blatant that there is an exchange of services for payment going on.
The July 2017 WhatsApp message previously revealed by the IRS whistleblower shows Hunter Biden pushing, and even threatening Henry Zhao in order to receive payment:
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
A few weeks later Hunter Biden received a $5 million wire from a Chinese firm.
On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International) to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden’s firm, Owasco.
President Joe Biden is being connected to his son’s dealings.
Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) said on Monday that Congress has evidence Joe Biden was in the room with his son Hunter Biden when Hunter sent a threatening WhatsApp message on July 30, 2017, from the Biden family home in Wilmington, Delaware.
The New York Post calls IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley a “hero” for coming forward, uncovering how “senior leaders at the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the IRS sabotaged the five-year investigation into Hunter Biden and allowed him to walk away with a laughably lenient plea deal and unpaid taxes.”
The Hill reported that the two IRS whistleblowers have testified that the IRS had “recommended additional felony tax charges against Hunter Biden and alleged that the case was slow-walked by prosecutors.”
As disturbing as the allegations are against Hunter and Joe Biden, of even more concern is the fact that the administration has covered up and otherwise thwarted the investigation that is now revealing all these connections.
The Post has reported that Attorney General Merrick Garland has denied putting roadblocks, such as denying attorney David Weiss’ request for a special council, in the way of the investigation. Garland insists that Weiss had “full authority” in the case, but the whistleblowers do not agree.
The Post notes:
“The sabotage of the case against Hunter Biden requires more from Garland than angry threats. He should be hauled into Congress to testify under oath, along with his deputy Lisa Monaco, Weiss, Wolf, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and the line agents on the cse. There are lots of questions they need to answer that go to the heart of the integrity of the institutions they lead.”
The alleged cover-up by the IRS, FBI, and DOJ has been compared to the NIxon-era Watergate scandal, which pales in comparison to the current Biden family’s apparent subterfuge.
