Impeachment Is On The Table After Video Is Uncovered of ‘Secret Flights’

After the release of surveillance video that showed illegal immigrants being flown by federal contractors into an airport late at night, New York Republican Representative Claudia Tenney called for the impeachment of President Biden.

A report was published Thursday on the bombshell video footage obtained by Republican gubernatorial candidate and former Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino via a Freedom of Information Act request.

During the video, federal contractors explain to a police officer in charge of security at the Westchester County Airport that illegal immigrants are to be flown “on the down-low.”

“The government is betraying the American people,” a contractor told a police officer.

Tenney (R-NY) expressed her anger at what was going on in the video on “Fox and Friends” on Thursday.

“This is a complete, aggravated dereliction of duty, which is why last night on Twitter I called for Joe Biden to be impeached and removed,” she said.

“His primary obligation as the commander-in-chief and president of the United States is to enforce our laws, to live up to his oath, to enforce our border security and to tell the truth to the American people.”

Tenney actually used social media to request the impeachment of Biden upon watching the video.

“President Biden should resign or face removal by impeachment for this repeated and aggravated violation of his oath of office to protect the American homeland and its citizens,” she posted on Twitter.

Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), in the same interview, accused President Biden of violating federal law for flying illegal immigrants and releasing them in New York.

Aiding and abetting illegal immigration is illegal, according to the congresswoman.

“And you have it coming from the president of the United States,” she emphasized. “It is completely unacceptable.”

In a separate interview with Fox News, Astorino agrees with the notion that the content of the video in question is illegal.

“These people are being relocated to places like Westchester, Long Island, suburbs, and other states, and nobody is informed,” Astorino noted.

“The communities that are affected, and we’re paying the bill on this. The taxpayers, nobody is informed,” he added. “The federal government literally is breaking the law.”

In conjunction with the police video, statistics from the Customs and Border Protection Agency show that the Biden administration has been powerless or unwilling to control border crossings.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced recently that 178,840 illegal immigrants were apprehended at the border in December, a record that surpassed the previous DHS records for that month by more than 100,000.

Overall, almost 2 million illegal immigrants have been apprehended at the border since Biden’s election to the Presidency just over a year ago.

By spring, border officials expect up to 9,000 encounters per day – nearly 40% more than last year’s peak of 6,500.

Prior to the airport video, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) called for impeachment based on the human rights crisis at the border and the current administration’s “decision to just defy immigration laws”.

“I think there are potentially multiple grounds to consider for impeachment,” Cruz stated. “Probably the most compelling is the utter lawlessness [of] President Biden to enforce the border.”

If Tenney and other Republicans are considering impeachment, the midterm elections will be crucial. Republicans have a much better chance of impeaching President Biden with a majority in the House.

In the video, Sgt. Michael Hamborsky is seen expressing frustration that local police have not been informed that flights arrived after curfew at the airport, which violates security protocol.

“You’re on a secure facility here; we really don’t know anything and we’re in charge of security,” he explains to one of the federal contractors.

“This is anti all our security stuff.”

The iAero flight Hamborsky was so baffled by that night was one of many charter flights that began ferrying migrants into the suburban airport after curfew last year from various Texas locations, beginning at least as early as April.

At approximately 6:15 and 7 a.m., Hamborsky seems to be asking a dozen federal contractors politely and persistently about migrants disembarking and boarding American Dream charter buses.

According to Hamborsky, the plane arrived at 11:48 pm overnight with 142 migrants aboard.

Twelve “chaperones” also accompanied the group, staff of MVM Inc., which had been a major contractor for the CIA and the National Security Agency in Iraq and had received a $136 million contract from the federal government to transport unaccompanied minors around the country.

The body camera begins recording while it’s still dark at 6:09 a.m. Hamborsky parked his squad car on the airfield beside Ross Aviation’s hangar, whose employees were helping to refuel the plane.

MVM contractors are asked for their ID cards by Hamborsky.

One replies “I can give you my state ID, but work IDs we’re not allowed to.”

Hamborsky then says: “I’m just trying to figure out what’s what, who’s who and how I’m supposed to keep this secure.”

The contractors then give Hamborsky the lanyards hanging from their necks.

One of them says: “We’re not allowed to have our picture taken when we get on base.”

“Un-f–king-believable,” Hamborsky says. “And who’s that by? DHS [Department of Homeland Security]?”

Someone replies “Yes, and the United States Army. You’re on a federal installation but DHS wants everything on the down-low.”

In response, Hamborsky asks why they show up at a small airport like the one they are at.

Someone answers “You don’t want to be in somewhere the spotlight is. You want to try and be as down-low as possible. A lot of this is just down-low stuff that we don’t tell people because what we don’t want to do is attract attention. We don’t want the media. Like we don’t even know where we’re going when they tell us.”
