The day after Joe Biden was sworn into office, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene introduced House Resolution 57 which calls for his impeachment. The resolution was then referred to the Judiciary Committee.
The document reads in part:
Resolved, That Joseph Robinette Biden, President of the United States, is impeached for abuse of power by enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors…
Joseph Robinette Biden abused the power of the Office of the Vice President, enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors, by allowing his son to influence the domestic policy of a foreign nation and accept various benefits–including financial compensation–from foreign nationals in exchange for certain favors.
As Vice President, Joseph Biden was the senior Obama Administration official overseeing anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine. Hence, any illegal activity involving corruption conducted by Hunter Biden within or in relation to Ukraine would fall under the purview of the Office of Vice President Biden and the Obama State Department’s anti-corruption efforts.
The support for my Articles of Impeachment against President Joe Biden is incredible!!
As I always say, it’s people over politicians.

Now, Steve Bannon, former chief strategist for President Trump, believes Joe Biden will be impeached in November over the administration’s handling of the immigration crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border.
“You have stood down ICE and you’ve stood down Border Patrol, and guess what? That’s the impeachment hearing I want to hear,” Bannon said in a segment on his War Room show.
“You’re going to sit there day after day and week after week and we’re going to bring the witnesses,” Bannon added. “We’re going to bring the witnesses of what you did to this country and what you did on the southern border.”
“Preserve your documents because after impeachment, they’re going to put you up on criminal charges. Criminal charges for allowing this country to be invaded by your actions.”
“Acts of commission not acts of omission,” declared Bannon. “We’re not going to back down, so write it down. This November is about one thing: it’s impeaching Joe Biden to stop this madness and to stop this illegitimate regime from destroying our nation.”
Agents of Customs and Border Protection apprehended nearly 2 million immigrants illegally entering the country along the border with Mexico in 2021.
This is an increase of nearly 1 million illegal aliens arrested in 2019.
Republican Senator Ted Cruz also predicted that if Republicans take back control of Congress in 2022, Biden will be impeached.
The senator made the prediction during a recent episode of his “Verdict with Ted Cruz” show. He stated that he is “very optimistic about 2022,” adding, “I put the odds of the Republicans winning the House at 90/10 and it may even be higher than that.”
According to him, impeachment proceedings against Biden could possibly occur next year if Republicans win the House, as he said, “if we take the House, which I said is overwhelmingly likely, then I think we will see serious investigations of the Biden administration.”
According to Cruz, there is a good chance that impeachment articles will come out of those investigations.
Sen. Cruz said that impeachment is both possible and probable, noting that “whether it’s justified or not, the Democrats weaponized impeachment” in the case of Donald Trump, who was impeached twice and both times for spurious allegations of “wrongdoing.”
“They used it for partisan purposes to go after [former President Donald] Trump because they disagreed with him. One of the real disadvantages of doing that is the more you weaponize it and turn it into a partisan cudgel, you know what’s good for the goose is good for the gander,” Cruz emphasized.
“I think there will be enormous pressure on a Republican House to begin impeachment proceedings. I think there are potentially multiple grounds to consider for impeachment. Probably the most compelling is the utter lawlessness is President Biden to enforce the border. His decision to just deify immigration laws,” Cruz warned, asserting that Republicans will take action against Democrats for their impeachments of Trump.
“That’s probably the strongest grounds right now for impeachment but there may be others,” he said in addition.
And there are other grounds, such as the ones that Rep. Greene introduced in H. RES. 57 regarding Joe’s involvement in Hunter’s overseas business dealings.
In a recent interview, Bannon said of impeachment:
I think the first article will be his initiation and exacerbation of the invasion on the Southern border. I think the Hunter Biden laptop will be another, all the aspects of that. And I think Fauci and what they knew about Fauci, CDC, FDA with health from the American people will be the third.
And I do believe that Joe Biden will be impeached.
According to a newly released report, the federal probe into Hunter Biden “appears to be coming to a head,”
The New York Times reports in Tuesday’s edition that prosecutors are discussing whether to press ahead with the high-profile case after examining Biden’s tax returns and foreign consulting work.
In the upcoming months, the Justice Department is expected to decide whether to bring criminal or civil charges, or whether to attempt to reach a settlement with a “significant fine,” according to the report, which notes that close confidants of the president favor a settlement if prosecutors seek to prosecute his 52-year-old son. In any case, Attorney General Merrick Garland will make the final decision.
Federal investigators have been looking into Biden’s finances, including millions of dollars worth of transactions and money transfers linked to countries like Ukraine, China, and Russia, starting in 2018.
The report states that some of the files on the laptop believed to belong to Biden are being investigated for “possible violations of tax, money laundering and foreign-lobbying laws.”
After revealing an investigation into his tax affairs just after the 2020 elections, Biden said in April of last year he is “100% confident” he will be cleared of wrongdoing.
We’ll see about that.
